What we process
- GPR files you upload: used only to produce your plan and deleted from the server as soon as processing ends.
- Results (plan, tables, report): kept for 30 days so you can download them, then deleted.
- Customer account: company name, fingerprint of the access key (the key itself is not stored), language, currency, credit movements. Kept for the duration of the business relationship and as long as accounting rules require.
- Emails sent to contact@radarplan3d.com: used to reply to you.
- Trial request form: email, name, company, country, GPR used, message and referring page. Used to reply and create your key, kept for 24 months at most.
- Audience measurement on our own server, without cookies: page viewed, language, referring site, campaign parameters and country (inferred by the network). No IP address or identifier is stored.
What we don't do
No cookies, no third-party analytics, no advertising. The upload page keeps your key in the browser for the session (sessionStorage) and your language (localStorage).
Hosting and processors
- Website: Cloudflare, Inc. (global network; transfers covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
- File processing: Hetzner Online GmbH server in Helsinki (Finland, European Union).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@radarplan3d.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country (in the UK, the ICO).
